Depression

A mood disorder characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, loss of interest, and a lack of motivation. It can affect a person’s thoughts, behavior, and physical health. Symptoms include fatigue, changes in sleep and appetite, and difficulty concentrating. Treatment typically involves therapy, medication, or a combination of both

Anxiety

A condition where individuals experience excessive worry, fear, or nervousness. It can manifest in different forms, such as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, or social anxiety disorder. Symptoms may include rapid heartbeat, sweating, trembling, and feelings of dread. Treatment often includes therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes.

ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)

A neurodevelopmental disorder that affects both children and adults. It is characterized by symptoms such as inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. Individuals with ADHD may have difficulty focusing, organizing tasks, or sitting still. Treatment usually involves behavioral therapy, medication, and educational support.

Bipolar Depression

A component of bipolar disorder, a condition that causes extreme mood swings between episodes of mania (elevated or irritable mood) and depression. During depressive episodes, individuals may experience symptoms similar to those of major depression. Treatment typically includes mood stabilizers, antipsychotic medications, and psychotherapy.
